In collaboration with mental health service users, digital experts, and clinical practitioners, we developed user-informed guidance to enhance online access to mental health services. Our design thinking approach ensured that the recommendations were practical and user-centric. The approach was selected to be a case study undertaken by Glasgow Centre for Population Health to exemplify best practice in an assets-based approach to mental health.
